Your impactAs a Senior Associate, you will support our clients as part of a PwC project team and/or single project assignments. Your main responsibilities will be:Manage CMC projects at Pharma or Biotech clients, including strategic assessment, developing recommendations and implementation of new operating modelsAct as a PM/PMO for CMC department in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries (e.
G. timeline, budget, risks)Act as a SME for CMC focused projects in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industriesHelping clients to solve CMC challenges including optimization of supply chain, digitalization, regulatory compliance, manufacturing scale-up, process validation and tech transferActively contribute to the development of PwC center of excellence on CMC developmentActively contribute to business development including service offering, scanning of the market and account planning.
Actively contribute to market development including writing thought leadership, point-of-view papers and/or blog posts.
About youMaster’s degree in biomedical sciences, economics, (bio-)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experiencePassionate about CMC processes and regulatory complianceMinimum two to five years of experience in the Life Science industry or in consultancy with focus on CMC projects.
Knowhow and interest in advanced therapies challenges and market trends within the Life Science & Healthcare industry (key players, technological landscape, market dynamics, etc.).
Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with consulting skills (project management, presentation and communication skills, etc.) while working directly with management and employees on the clients’ premisesFluent in English, and Dutch or FrenchFlexibility to work in different environments and locations (travel abroad up to three days per week) and easily acquire new skills and expertiseAutonomous and proactive attitude with an entrepreneurship mindsetLife at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
