A new file transfer platform using Axway MFT is being set up at the client. We are looking for a skilled and analytical
Integration Consultant
to support our Integration team in reviewing, rationalising and simplifying existing File Transfer and Automation flows. The objective is to create streamlined and well-documented designs that facilitate the migration of current Automic Automation-UC4-based processes towards the target Axway platform. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset. The candidate is rigorous in assessing complex process landscapes, able to challenge existing designs and capable of translating technical findings into clear recommendations. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement and a firm

Responsibilities: Lead the Analysis of existing flows (mainly created in Automic Automation – UC4) in order to simplify the existing flows into Axway Assist in the migration (end-to-end) of existing flows to the Axway MFT solution based on CFT, Secure Transport, Flow Manager and Sentinel. Collaborate with the operational team and project team to gather requirements and define file transfer flow patterns, flows standard and job scheduling workflows. Configure, test, and deploy file transfer flows using Axway MFT solutions across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.). Create and maintain documentation including configuration details, standard operating procedures, and training guides. Must be able to provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams. Monitor and tune the environment for performance, reliability, and scalability. Able to execute performance tests in the Axway solution and create performance reports. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Axway MFT-related issues and Automator enhancements. Able to read configuration of other file transfer solutions like UC4, openFT and translate them into file transfer patterns and flows in the Axway MFT solution Setup flows using the PESIT and SFTP protocols. Able to set up functional and technical acknowledgements in the Axway solution. Able to set up monitoring dashboards and alarming rules in the Axway Sentinel solution. Able to create scripts to facilitate the solution implementation using CFT, FM, Automator and ST APIs.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience with
Axway CFT, Flow Manager, Secure Transport , including setup, job creation, and administration and automation Strong knowledge of
secure file transfer protocols
(SFTP, PESIT, HTTPS, etc.) and automation concepts Experience with
data flow design , partner onboarding and process automation in enterprise MFT environments. Able to understand Automic automation –
UC4
jobs Solid understanding of
networking ,
firewall
rules,
DMZ zones
and
TLS certificate management Knowledge of
IT security standards
and compliance frameworks impacting data movement. Proficiency in
scripting and automation
(Shell, PowerShell, Python, CMD, BAT, API) Knowledge of integration with Sentinel monitoring solution and other internal monitoring tools. Familiar with high-availability and disaster recovery concepts. Familiar with security in terms of SSL/TLS, certificates and key usage for securing file transfers. Experience in Ansible scripting

AXWAY MFT platform Selection will be done on bases of up-to-date CV and might be followed by interview(s) Examples of past assignments is a must have Speak fluently English Must be able to come onsite in Brussels on regular bases (minimum 1 day/week)
