ph3Who are you in our On IT story? /h3 pAs a Security Expert, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients in the field of cybersecurity. You’ll conduct in-depth security assessments, translate technical risks into business impact, and guide clients through their security roadmap. You’ll play a key role in the continued development of our Security Competence Center and support clients, sales, and technical teams with specialized expertise. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Security Assessments /h3 ul liIndependently perform analyses of the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security posture. /li liEvaluate conditional access, MFA, endpoint security, identity, and Active Directory. /li liAnalyzing vulnerability exposure and Zero Trust maturity. /li liAssessing backup and recovery security, security logging, and monitoring. /li /ul h3Reporting and Advice /h3 ul liPreparing risk analyses and maturity reports. /li liDetermining priorities and remediation plans. /li liPresenting results to IT managers and senior management. /li liDeveloping security roadmaps. /li liProviding advice on governance, compliance, and architecture. /li /ul h3Technical Validation /h3 ul liDetecting misconfigurations. /li liIdentifying risks related to privilege escalation and lateral movement. /li liPerforming exposure mapping. /li liAssessing attack vectors and security controls. /li /ul h3Security Consulting and Presales /h3 ul liProvide advice on security architecture. /li liSupporting commercial opportunities. /li liDetermining the scope of projects and managed services. /li liTranslating audit results into security improvement initiatives. /li liDeveloping assessment methodologies and standards within On IT. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li6 to 10 years of relevant experience in security consulting, cybersecurity advisory, security architecture, or security engineering. /li /ul h3Technical expertise /h3 ul liMicrosoft Security Stack and Identity Access Management. /li liZero Trust architecture and vulnerability management. /li liSecurity governance. /li liKnowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and Microsoft Security Best Practices. /li /ul h3Certifications /h3 ul liPreferably one or more of the following certifications: SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CEH. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong in strategy and analysis. /li liCan give presentations at the management and executive levels. /li liBusiness acumen. /li liOwnership and Leadership. /li liCan guide clients through change processes. /li /ul pbIn addition to a competitive salary, you will benefit from a range of fringe benefits such as: /b /p ul liReceive bmeal vouchers and eco-vouchers /b /li libReimbursement of Expenses /b /li libInsurance: /b Take advantage of comprehensive hospitalization and group insurance /li libCompany Car + Fuel Card /b /li libTechnical equipment: /b Laptop, a phone budget, and a phone plan /li libVacation: /b Enjoy 32 vacation days per year /li libProfessional Development: /bGain access to a variety of training courses tailored to your career goals /li /ul /p
