You can lead executive discussions, define solution architectures, support pre‑sales, and actively contribute to project delivery when needed. /ppYou take ownership of the full customer journey while empowering consultants through coaching, delegation, and trust. /ph3What /h3h3Customer Business Growth /h3pExpand Beyond Data's presence in Flanders. /ppDevelop trusted relationships with customers and prospects. /ppIdentify and shape Data AI opportunities. /ppLead workshops, discovery sessions, and customer conversations. /ppTranslate business challenges into actionable roadmaps and solutions. /ppDesign pragmatic Data AI solutions that create measurable business value. /ppAct as technical lead for strategic customer engagements. /ppOwn projects from architecture and solution design through delivery and adoption. /ppProvide architectural guidance and ensure technical quality. /ppStay actively involved in key customer engagements and critical project milestones. /ppBalance hands‑on contribution with effective delegation to consultants. /ph3Coaching Innovation /h3pCoach consultants on architecture, delivery, and customer engagement. /ppFoster collaboration between customers, consultants, and sales teams. /ppStay ahead of developments in Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI. /ppContribute to the evolution of Beyond Data's offerings and capabilities. /ph3Who you are /h3pPassionate about Data, AI, and business transformation. /ppbData Architect with at least 5 years of experience /b designing and delivering modern data platforms and analytics solutions. /ppExperienced in consulting, solution architecture, pre‑sales, or advisory roles. /ppComfortable engaging with both C‑level stakeholders and technical teams. /ppA strong technical leader capable of managing the full lifecycle of Data AI projects. /ppA true player‑coach who combines leadership with hands‑on execution. /ppSkilled at coaching consultants and helping teams grow. /ppEntrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially minded. /ppFluent in English and proficient in Dutch and/or French. /ppExperience with technologies such as bDatabricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Qlik, Power BI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity /b, or similar platforms is a strong asset. /ph3Why join Beyond Data Group? /h3pThis is more than a leadership role.
