pWe are looking for a bData Governance Specialist /bto support a major data transformation program. /ppYou will play a key role in strengthening data governance, improving data quality, managing metadata and business glossaries, and supporting a network of Data Stewards. Working closely with business stakeholders, BI, AI and data teams, you will help build a more data-driven organization. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and support the Data Steward community. /liliDefine and implement Data Governance processes and best practices. /liliManage and improve the enterprise Data Catalog and Business Glossary. /liliCoordinate Data Quality initiatives and improvement actions. /liliContribute to governance policies, standards and guidelines. /liliSupport Data Literacy and Change Management initiatives. /liliCollaborate with business, BI, AI and Data teams to increase trust in data. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliMaster's degree or equivalent experience. /lili10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality or BI. /liliHands-on experience with Data Catalogs, Metadata Management and Business Glossaries. /liliKnowledge of Data Governance tools. /liliExperience with Data Quality Management and MDM. /liliBasic SQL knowledge. /liliKnowledge of GDPR principles. /liliDatabricks experience is a plus. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /lilibDutch or French speaker with good knowledge of the second national language and English. /b /li /ulh3Key Skills /h3pbData Governance | Data Stewardship | Data Quality | Metadata Management | Data Catalog | Business Glossary | MDM | Data Literacy | Change Management | SQL | GDPR | Databricks /b /p
