Join an international project focused on developing and improving mission-critical software systems used in a highly regulated environment. As a Senior Quality / Process Engineer, you will drive process excellence, support engineering teams, and contribute to the delivery of complex, large-scale IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain software quality and engineering processes.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with established methodologies.
- Support and guide process owners and project teams.
- Contribute to Product Assurance activities, dashboards, and reporting.
- Perform process measurements, analyses, and impact assessments of software anomalies.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to improve delivery quality.
- Participate in continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, or Software Quality within large-scale IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as CMMI, ISO 9001, Agile/Lean, FMEA, and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Good understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and quality assurance practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
- Knowledge of process modeling, technical documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) domain.
- French language skills (B1) or willingness to achieve this level.
