pWe're looking for a senior marketing expert to develop data-driven campaigns for investment products and services. You'll turn customer insights into ongoing communication that improves engagement and conversion. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliDevelop integrated campaigns across owned, earned and paid media. /liliDesign servicing and commercial journeys across online and offline touchpoints. /liliOptimise digital sales journeys for conversion and lead generation. /liliAnalyse campaign KPIs and adjust activity using customer insights. /liliTest AI-driven personalisation and predictive approaches to customer communication. /liliManage campaign budgets, deadlines, stakeholders and external partners. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliAt least five years of experience in strategic marketing and communication. /liliPerformance marketing expertise in SEA, SEO and programmatic. /liliData-driven decision-making using Google Analytics and CDPs. /liliKnowledge of optichannel strategies, marketing analytics, customer journey optimisation and CRM principles. /liliProven project management and communication strategy implementation in the financial industry. /liliStrong organisational insight, analytical judgement and stakeholder management. /liliCommercial awareness and a focus on customer needs and measurable results. /liliMaster's degree in Communication, Economics or Marketing. /liliDutch, C1, written and spoken. /liliFrench, C1, written and spoken. /liliEnglish, C1, written and spoken. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliAdobe Automation experience. /liliKnowledge of financial products and services. /liliAgile experience, including hypothesis testing, sprints and retrospectives. /liliCustomer journey mapping, lifecycle management and CRM integration. /liliGrowth marketing experience. /liliPredictive journey mapping and predictive analytics. /liliAutomation of repetitive tasks, predictive models for data analysis and generative AI for content creation. /li /ul
