h3Lead Process Integration Engineer for Specialized Products Engineering /h3 h3Turn first-of-a-kind technologies into advanced products /h3 pSome of our advanced products are built on top of standard CMOS substrates, including ultra-high-density DNA sequencers, advanced biosensors and other heterogeneously integrated systems. We are looking for a Lead Process Integration Engineer to own the end-to-end integration process flows of these products, enabling projects to successfully transition from prototype research and development to stable, repeatable, and scalable products for our customers. /p pIn this high-impact technical role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge RD and high-yielding, robust 300mm wafer fabrication. You will be working within a team of highly capable and dedicated integration engineers where your technical leadership and engineering creativity will directly shape how these products are engineered. /p h3What you will do /h3 pKey
Responsibilities:
/p ul libEnd-to-End Process Integration Ownership: /bDefine, optimize, and oversee complete integration process flows for key customer 300mm wafer fabrication programs, balancing performance, yield, and manufacturability. /li libIndustrialisation NPI: /bSpearhead the transition of advanced technology nodes from RD into a reliable operational cadence, establishing robust process baselines, design rules, and defect-reduction strategies. /li libCross-Functional Leadership: /bCollaborate closely with module experts (Lithography, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, and Advanced Packaging) to resolve complex integration challenges, wafer excursions, and yield limiters. /li libData-Driven Problem Solving: /bDrive root-cause analysis using advanced statistical tools (such as JMP and SPC methodologies) to monitor process capability, analyze inline/WAT data, and implement corrective actions. /li libCustomer Stakeholder Management: /bServe as a primary technical point of contact for key customers, presenting progress updates, risk assessments, and technical roadmaps with clarity and confidence. /li libTechnical Mentorship: /bGuide, mentor, and elevate senior and junior integration engineers across the department, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rigorous engineering discipline. /li /ul h3What we do for you /h3 pWe offer you the opportunity to join one of the world’s premier research centers in nanotechnology at its headquarters in Leuven, Belgium.
