Your tasks as a Team Manager Residential Solution ArchitectureYou'll help shape Telenet's future application and information landscape for our Residential customers, working within the Product & Technology organisation. Concretely, you:lead, coach and grow a team of Solution Architects;own the long-term vision for modernising and rationalising our Residential applications, weighing organisational impact against where the market is heading;keep a close eye on emerging technology and translate what's genuinely relevant into smart, well-timed architectural choices rather than chasing every trend;carry end-to-end architectural responsibility for a portfolio of initiatives, presenting and defending your thinking to stakeholders up to C-level.
