Key responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of a P2P platform, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases
Define deliverables, timelines, resources, and project priorities in collaboration with the Project Lead and relevant stakeholders
Execute the project plan, monitor progress, identify delays, and escalate issues while ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
Provide regular project reporting and communication to maintain alignment with business objectives, milestones, and timelines
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Support business process mapping and system design workshops
Manage project risks related to security, resources, quality, and delivery, escalating issues to the Project Lead and proposing appropriate solutions
Support the Change Manager with change management and user adoption activities
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful integration of the S2p solution with ERP systems and other related applications
Ensure a smooth transition and user adoption of the new system
Required qualifications & experience
5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within Procurement or Finance transformation projects
Proven experience coordinating the implementation of solutions for Finance departments
Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and goods/services receipt
Experience or good understanding of ERP integrations, such as SAP, Workday, or similar systems
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Language requirements:
Fluent/good command of English is mandatory
All project documentation and project-related communication will be conducted in English
