What You’ll DoLead business analysis workstreams, driving requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution designTranslate deep industry knowledge into actionable insights across key financial services domainsShape and deliver business change, system implementation, and regulatory programmesFacilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, and support agile or waterfall deliveryPresent structured findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levelsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong business analysis experience with proven change delivery across financial servicesDeep knowledge in one or more domains: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset ManagementExperience collaborating with delivery teams to translate business needs into functional designsDemonstrated consulting soft
