Executive Manager, Strategy Enablement /p pJob Location (Short): Ghent, Belgium /p pWorkplace Type: Hybrid /p pReq Id: 3331 /p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 pOctave seeks an Executive Manager, Global Enablement that will leadmultiple sales enablement team members team with a focus on delivery of compelling customer facing content that gets used. /p pResponsibilities and Duties: /p ulliLead, coach, and develop sales enablement consultants /liliDevelop and implement scalable enablement plans aligned to GTM strategy /liliPartner deeply with cross-functional leadership on planning and execution /liliDrive measurable impact on field performance and adoption metrics /li /ul h3bCompetencies: /b /h3 ulliStrong strategic and operational leadership /liliAdvanced coaching and talent development capability /liliAbility to manage ambiguity and competing priorities /liliStrong cross-functional influence /li /ul h3bEducation / Qualifications /b /h3 ulliBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field is desired /lili2-5 years’ experience in design construction technology training or technical marketing /liliKnowledge of AEC, Civil survey, and Manufacturing industries /liliExpert hands-on knowledge of 2D, 3D and collaboration technology toolsets (Bricsys, Autodesk, Siemens, Dassault, etc) /liliAbility to demonstrate value-driven workflows in Bricsys software for AEC Mechanical industries /liliKnowledge of sales toolkits /liliGreat problem-solving skills /liliSelf-motivated with good organizational and time management skills /li /ul h3bAbout Octave /b /h3 pOctave provides mission-critical software that empowers organizations to make informed decisions across every stage of the asset lifecycle
