ppMercor is hiring experienced bprivate equity associates /b to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack, then peer-review models built by two other contractors on the same transaction. /ph3What you'll do /h3ullipBuild a working financial model of an assigned bconsumer / leisure /b transaction from a synthetic deal document pack /p /lilipDeliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions /p /lilipPeer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard /p /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullipb2–4 years total experience /b: ~2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist MA — ideally Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe) followed by 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity /p /lilipCurrently or recently an bAssociate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus /b (fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, multi-site roll-ups); a Paris office or French deal experience is preferred /p /lilipAble to build a financial model from source documents, without a template /p /lilipbEnglish-speaking /b /p /li /ulh3Logistics /h3ullibEffort: /b ~20–25 hours over 1.5–2 weeks /li /ul /p
