ph3What You'll Do /h3 pYou won't just advise on transformation, you'll lead it. /p h3The role /h3 ul liTackle complex, high‑stakes business problems through a technology lens, working across strategy, architecture, and delivery to create impacting solutions. /li liOversee multiple workstreams simultaneously: quality, consistency, and on‑time delivery. You keep complex programmes coherent under pressure. /li liDrive adoption of modern engineering practices: agile delivery, DevOps, cloud migration, and next‑generation architectures (AI/GenAI, microservices, containerisation) in client organisations. /li liWork closely with client and BCG teams, combining strong collaboration with the ability to mentor and develop talent on both sides of the engagement. /li liContribute to Platinion's growth through new offering development, proposal leadership, thought leadership, and practice‑building via recruitment, training, and knowledge sharing. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liMaster's degree in a STEM or business field. /li li7–15 years of experience in IT consulting, in a technology company, or leading IT delivery functions. /li liProven track record of designing and executing complex technology transformations with clear business outcomes. /li liDeep expertise across several domains: IT modernisation, enterprise and solution architecture, data and analytics, ERP/CRM, AI/GenAI, DevOps, and agile operating models. /li liStructured problem‑solving and analytical rigor, you are able to break down ambiguous challenges and build a clear path forward. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead workshops, steering committees, and executive conversations with impact, clarity, and confidence. /li liA practical, delivery‑oriented mindset, analytical rigor, you get things done and hold yourself and your team to high standards. /li liEntrepreneurial ownership: you take initiative on clients, team development, and go‑to‑market contributions without waiting to be asked. /li liFluent in English and French or Dutch. /li /ul h3What You'll Get /h3 ul liA competitive salary with a performance‑linked bonus. /li liInternational exposure working across BCG's global network of offices and clients. /li liContinuous learning programmes and leadership development tracks tailored to senior technology professionals. /li liMentorship from senior leaders and access to the breadth of BCG's global expertise and network. /li liThe resources of a global firm with the entrepreneurial culture of a specialist technology consultancy. /li /ul h3Additional info /h3 pBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
