Working closely with product, engineering and delivery teams, this role brings deep health insurance domain expertise into the product development lifecycle to ensure features are accurate, compliant, competitive, and aligned with real‑world insurance operations. This role bridges the gap between insurance operations and technology, ensuring our platform meets the needs of insurers across global markets. /p ul liSupport the product team throughout the feature development lifecycle by providing deep health insurance expertise and operational insights. /li liTranslate end‑to‑end health insurance processes (e.g. underwriting, policy administration, claims, renewals, billing) into clear product requirements and functional documentation. /li liConduct competitor and market research to identify feature gaps, best practices, and emerging trends in global health insurance. /li liContribute to product planning, roadmap discussions, and prioritization from a health insurance perspective. /li liParticipate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality, workflows, and business logic. /li liEnsure the quality, accuracy, and market relevance of health insurance features delivered on the platform. /li liWork hands‑on with product and engineering teams during delivery to clarify requirements and resolve domain‑related questions. /li liEngage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and insurers, to gather feedback and validate product direction. /li liSupport the positioning of CoverGo’s health insurance capabilities across global insurance markets by contributing domain knowledge to sales, pre‑sales, and marketing efforts when needed. /li /ul h3What We Need /h3 ul liAtleast 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, with strong exposure to end‑to‑end insurance operations. /li liAt least 5 years of hands‑on experience in health insurance. /li liExperience in life and/or PC insurance is considered a strong advantage. /li liHaving a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance is highly desirable. /li liDeep understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle, including product setup, policy administration, claims, billing, renewals, and regulatory considerations. /li liProven ability to create clear, structured documentation such as process flows, requirements, and functional specifications. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liExperience working cross‑functionally with product, technology, and business teams. /li liCritical, forward thinker, innovator, and problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, product‑driven, and globally distributed environment. /li liExperience working with insurance systems or digital transformation initiatives is a strong plus. /li liExposure to multiple markets or global health insurance products is an advantage. /li /ul h3bWhy You’ll Love Working Here /b /h3 ul liFully Remote /li liFlexible Leave /li liInternational Environment /li liCompetitive renumeration package /li liPerformance Bonus /li liStock Options after 6 months /li liCompany activities and events /li liLearning and development plan /li liRemote work allowance /li /ul pbCoverGo Company /bVideo /p pBy submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the content of CoverGo’s bPrivacy Notice /b and you consent to the processing of your data as part of this application. /p /p
