Exceptional SAP HCM professionals who do not fully meet the language requirements may still be considered based on their experience and overall fit for the role. /b /p pWhether your expertise lies in bSAP HCM Functional Analysis /b or in a combination of bFunctional Analysis and Technical Development /b, we would be interested in speaking with you. /p pYou will contribute to the evolution, optimisation and integration of bSAP HCM /b and bSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central /b, working closely with business stakeholders, HR experts, functional analysts, architects and technical teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse and optimise HR business processes and SAP HCM solutions. /li liGather, challenge and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. /li liParticipate in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and transformation initiatives. /li liConduct impact assessments and gap analyses. /li liDefine data mappings and support integration activities. /li liPrepare and maintain functional and technical documentation. /li liSupport testing activities, including SIT, UAT and regression testing. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment. /li liContribute to solution design, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liEnsure the quality, reliability and maintainability of delivered solutions. /li /ul h3Functional Profile /h3 ul liStrong experience within SAP HCM. /li liExpertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM). /li liExperience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. /li liStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience with functional analysis, testing and business process design. /li /ul h3Technical Profile /h3 pIn addition to functional expertise, experience in one or more of the following areas is considered a strong asset: /p ul liSAP HCM integrations and interfaces. /li liSAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB). /li liData migration and replication frameworks. /li liTroubleshooting and support of complex SAP HR environments. /li liTechnical design and development activities. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liProven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, Functional Analyst or Technical Consultant. /li liStrong understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM solutions. /li liExperience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. /li liAbility to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. /li liExperience in complex enterprise environments. /li liStrong problem‑solving and communication skills. /li liProfessional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical and solution‑oriented. /li liProactive and results‑driven. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liTeam player with a collaborative mindset. /li liStructured and detail‑oriented. /li liAble to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. /li /ul h3What’s on Offer? /h3 ul liLong‑term assignment with possible extensions. /li liDynamic and innovative project landscape. /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pAre you an experienced SAP HCM professional looking for your next challenge?
