HIRING – Senior ServiceNow Consultant / Developer

Brussels / Antwerp, Belgium Work: Full-time | Hybrid Duration: 12+ months Start: ASAP Languages: Dutch & English | French is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Develop & configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM & CSM Work with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules & UI Policies Handle REST/SOAP, MID Server & Integration Hub integrations Work across analysis design development testing deployment Support platform governance, security, performance & scalability Contribute to ServiceNow AI, Predictive Intelligence & Virtual Agent Required 4–5+ years ServiceNow Development/Consulting experience Strong ITSM & CSM experience Strong JavaScript knowledge Experience with ServiceNow APIs & Flow Designer Knowledge of ACLs, CMDB & platform security Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Mandatory Certifications CSA – Certified System Administrator CAD – Certified Application Developer Nice to Have CIS-ITSM / CIS-CSM CTA ServiceNow AI/GenAI experience Predictive Intelligence / Virtual Agent / Automation
