Terumo Europe seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support the governance and administration of the company’s 20 legal entities across the EMEA region. You will coordinate corporate housekeeping, maintain statutory records, and assist with board/shareholder documentation, reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will work with a multilingual, international team, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions while handling sensitive information with discretion and efficiency.
