In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating HRIS implementation activities, supporting programme leadership, ensuring workstream progress and helping to safeguard data continuity throughout the transformation journey. /ppYou will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, external partners and senior stakeholders while contributing to one of the most significant HR technology initiatives within the organisation. If you are passionate about HRIS implementations, stakeholder engagement, project governance, data quality and business transformation, this opportunity could be the ideal next step in your career. /ph3What you will be doing: /h3ulliAct as a trusted partner and right hand to the Programme Manager in the day-to-day coordination of the HR transformation programme. /liliMonitor project milestones, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams. /liliSupport functional subject matter experts and facilitate collaboration between HR, Finance, IT and other business teams. /liliTrack programme progress and maintain accurate information within Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools. /liliPrepare project status reports, dashboards and governance documentation for leadership teams. /liliCoordinate and prepare Steering Committee presentations and strategic programme updates. /liliSupport data governance, data readiness and data continuity activities throughout the HRIS implementation. /liliContribute as Data Lead alongside the Programme Manager to ensure quality and consistency of HR data. /liliIdentify risks, dependencies and potential blockers, and proactively propose mitigation actions. /liliPromote best practices in project management, governance and HR systems implementation. /li /ulh3What you bring: /h3ulliAmbition to further develop your career in HR Technology, HRIS implementation and digital transformation. /liliProven experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager or HRIS Implementation Lead. /liliExperience within the HR industry or people transformation programmes is considered a strong advantage. /liliStrong expertise in HRIS implementations, project governance, stakeholder management and programme delivery. /liliExperience with Workday implementations is highly valued.
