Some highlightsBeing part of an international company yet with local presenceBuild a safer digital society together with usWorking as a Marketing Business PartnerAs a Marketing Business Partner, you play a key role in translating cybersecurity expertise into clear, compelling and market-relevant stories.
You act as a go-to-market partner to Sales, Pre-Sales and other internal stakeholders, capturing market needs and translating them into impactful marketing initiatives. You contribute to the development of solution messaging and go-to-market narratives, ensuring that our cybersecurity offerings are positioned clearly and credibly for the Belgian market.
At the same time, you are hands-on and operational: from shaping event storylines to executing campaigns and coordinating content.
Your responsibilitiesGo-to-market & storytellingContribute to the development of solution messaging and go-to-market narrativesTranslate global content into locally relevant Belgian market storiesBuild sector
- and solution-driven narratives aligned with market needs and sales prioritiesIdentify customer insights and translate them into concrete marketing initiativesEvents & experience designLead the development of storylines, agendas and positioning for:2 flagship events~6 smaller (sector / niche) eventsBrief and support speakers in building clear, structured and impactful presentationsSupport moderation and ensure consistency in storytelling across sessionsEnsure events are not just organised, but strategically positioned experiencesBusiness partneringAct as a counterpart to Sales and Pre-Sales, capturing needs and translating them into marketing actionsCollaborate cross-functionally with teams such as HR (e.g. employer branding support), PR and other stakeholdersBring structure to business input and convert it into clear priorities and initiativesOperational executionExecute marketing activities hands-on (campaigns, events, content coordination)Coordinate with internal teams and external partnersEnsure delivery from idea to execution in a resource-constrained environmentYour profileExperience in B2B marketing, go-to-market or storytelling roles (ideally in tech/cybersecurity)Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narrativesComfortable operating both strategically and operationallyStrong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Pre-Sales and cross-functional teamsProactive, structured and able to drive initiatives independentlyFluent in English & Dutch (French is a bonus)
