Your responsabilities â€
¢ Assist on a wide range of intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designsâ€
¢ Support IP litigation and enforcement proceedings before Belgian courts and, where relevant, EU courtsâ€
¢ Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and client adviceâ€
¢ Assist with IP portfolio management, licensing, and commercial agreementsâ€
¢ Monitor developments in Belgian, EU, and international intellectual property lawâ€
¢ Work alongside senior lawyers on complex and cross-border IP mattersIdeal profileâ€
¢ 1–3 years of experience with a strong interest in intellectual property lawâ€
¢ Native Dutch or French speaker with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of the other national languageâ€
¢ Belgian law degree with strong academic results, possibly complemented by experience or internships in IP lawThe Offerâ€
