pAs part of the continued development of its activities, our client, a bleading international industrial player in the energy and complex technologies sector /b, is looking for a bSenior Project Procurement Specialist /b. /ppWithin an international organization, you will play a key role in defining and implementing procurement strategies for bcomplex industrial projects /b, from the identification of requirements through to supplier selection, contracting and performance management. /ppThe position combines bProject Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management and Contract Management /b, with a strong international dimension. /ppYou will work closely with bProject, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commodity Management and Supplier Performance /b teams in a highly collaborative and multicultural environment. /p brpbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbProject Procurement Strategic Sourcing /b /pulliDevelop and implement bprocurement strategies /b in collaboration with Project, Engineering and Commercial teams. /liliIdentify business requirements, potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities. /liliDevelop sourcing strategies and lead bRFx / tendering processes /b. /liliPrepare supplier consultations, analyze bids and develop sourcing recommendations. /liliLead negotiations on bpricing, lead times, commercial and contractual terms and conditions /b. /liliIdentify cost reduction and value improvement opportunities throughout the procurement lifecycle. /liliDevelop bBest-Cost Country Sourcing /b strategies, with a particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe. /li /ulpbSupplier Management /b /pulliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic suppliers. /liliAssess suppliers' capabilities, manufacturing capacity, geographical footprint and financial stability. /liliEvaluate their ability to meet technical, quality and project schedule requirements. /liliContribute to supplier rationalization and supplier base development. /liliIdentify and resolve issues related to bcost, quality, capacity, delivery and supplier performance /b. /liliWork closely with Supplier Quality / Supplier Performance teams. /li /ulpbContract Change Management /b /pulliLead the preparation and negotiation of supplier contracts. /liliManage supplier commitments following contract or purchase order award. /liliManage contractual changes, scope changes and claims. /liliAssess the financial and contractual impact of changes and lead the associated negotiations. /liliEnsure compliance with procurement procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. /liliWork with Finance / Accounts Payable teams to resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders. /li /ulpbProject Management /b /pulliManage several procurement projects simultaneously in an international environment. /liliDefine action plans and monitor milestones, risks and expected benefits. /liliIdentify potential roadblocks and coordinate their resolution. /liliProvide regular reporting to key stakeholders. /liliCoordinate project changes and ensure alignment between the various functions and teams involved. /li /ul brpbAbout You /b /ppYou have significant experience in bindustrial procurement / project procurement /b, ideally gained within a technical and international environment. /ppWe are looking for: /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in bEngineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related field /b. /lilib8+ years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing /b, ideally within an industrial environment. /liliSignificant experience managing bcomplex projects /b. /liliStrong knowledge of bRFx, sourcing and supplier negotiations /b. /liliProven experience in bSupplier Relationship Management (SRM) /b. /liliSolid experience in bcontract negotiation and Contract / Change Management /b. /liliExperience in binternational sourcing /b, ideally with a good understanding of the EMEA supplier market. /liliExperience sourcing from bCentral and Eastern Europe /b would be a strong advantage. /liliExperience in bEnergy, Engineering, Heavy Industry, Automotive, Aerospace, Oil Gas or other technically complex industries /b will be considered. /liliExperience with bSAP / SAP Ariba /b is an advantage. /liliGood knowledge of bProject Management tools and methodologies /b. /liliFluent English is essential due to the international environment. /liliWillingness to travel internationally, up to approximately 30%. /li /ul pbPrevious experience in the nuclear sector is not necessarily required.
