Description de la fonction- Serve as the first point of contact for the company.
- Provide administrative support across the organization.
- Welcome guests and greet visitors.
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including:
- Distributing correspondence.
- Redirecting phone calls.
- Greeting clients upon arrival and connecting them with the appropriate department.
- Answering phone calls promptly and directing them to the correct offices.
- Creating and managing both digital and physical filing systems.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining event calendars.
- Entering customer data and sending correspondence.
- Exhibit a pleasant personality, suitable for a customer service role.
- Handle emergencies effectively and in a timely manner.
- Streamline office operations efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and stress management skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English, and Dutch.
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a receptionist.
- Interim contract leading to a permanent position.
