Description de la fonction
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the company.
  • Provide administrative support across the organization.
  • Welcome guests and greet visitors.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including:
  • Distributing correspondence.
  • Redirecting phone calls.
  • Greeting clients upon arrival and connecting them with the appropriate department.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and directing them to the correct offices.
  • Creating and managing both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining event calendars.
  • Entering customer data and sending correspondence.
Profil
  • Exhibit a pleasant personality, suitable for a customer service role.
  • Handle emergencies effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Streamline office operations efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking and stress management skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English, and Dutch.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a receptionist.
Offre De € 2.500 à € 3.300 par mois
