Consultants must have at least a C1 level, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). /p pbMinimum post-secundary education required: /b At least 5 years of studies attested by a diploma. /p pbMinimum professional experience required: /b a minimum of 3 years postsecondary professional experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain and evolve the existing workflow management solutions (Activiti and Camunda) as well as the Compass Corporate components related to task and process management, ensuring operational stability, continuity and alignment with provided specifications. /li liImplement functional enhancements, technical migrations, performance improvements and corrective maintenance activities across workflow, task and process management components. /li liDevelop, integrate and test new business functionalities based on approved specifications and technical implementation plans. /li liEnsure backward compatibility with legacy Compass Corporate and Compass Green components where required. /li liInvestigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable code-level fixes and corrective actions. /li liAddress technical debt through code refactoring, legacy library upgrades, modernization activities and SQL query optimization. /li liOptimize application performance, response times and resource utilization through code and configuration improvements. /li liDesign, develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and quality following technical changes. /li liPrepare deployment packages, deployment scripts and support the integration of software releases into production environments. /li liProduce and maintain technical artefacts including source code, component designs, implementation plans, technical documentation and code remediation deliverables. /li liParticipate actively in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, contributing to the achievement of sprint and program objectives. /li liContribute to backlog grooming and technical refinement activities, ensuring stories are properly estimated, refined and ready for implementation. /li liDemonstrate completed functional and technical developments during sprint reviews, system demonstrations and validation sessions with stakeholders. /li liCollaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders in technical alignment meetings, governance activities and cross-team dependency management. /li liRecord work performed through Jira tickets and contribute to project reporting, effort tracking and technical documentation activities. /li /ul h3Specific knowledge, skills and expertise /h3 h3Frontend development /h3 ul liProficiency in HTML5, Javascript/TypeScript, CSS3 and SASS. /li liProficiency in Angular, including modern concepts like Signals. /li liGood knowledge of building complex, modular client-side applications using modern. frameworks, Web Components, micro frontends and state management patterns. /li liExperience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OpenID Connect, JWT). /li liExperience with responsive and adaptive design. /li liExperience with leveraging Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) like AWS CloudFront to optimize asset delivery and improve application performance. /li liUnderstanding key design principles. /li liUnderstanding API integration patterns (consuming REST APIs, error handling, caching strategies). /li liExperience with dynamic UI component integration patterns (loading, event communication). /li /ul h3Backend development /h3 ul liProficiency in back-end languages (Java) and experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Axon). /li liExperience with legacy JEE application servers and technology standards and implementations (WebLogic 14, JAXRS, JAXWS, JAXB, EJB, JMS). /li liExperience in designing, building, automating, and securing RESTful APIs and web services, including OpenAPI/Swagger documentation. /li liExperience with API management technologies (Consul, API Gateways, CAPI Gateway) /li liKnowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS) and experience with deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment. /li liUnderstanding authentication and authorization protocols and standards (e.g., OpenID Connect, JWT, Client/Server Certificate). /li liExperience with leveraging AI agent technologies during development but also integrated with applications (MCP, Skills, AmazonQ/Kiro, Spec Driven development, context engineering). /li liExperience with workflow engine integration (Activiti, Camunda). /li /ul h3Database Persistence /h3 ul liProficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, H2DB), including writing complex SQL queries
