• Growing the business by developing and cultivating a successful business relationship with the Franchisees as the primary contact with them and their store management team throughout assigned area
• Manage day to day activities consistent with achieving maximum results to plan by conducting regular store visits
• Follow new store opening process to efficiently open new franchise locations. Ensure Franchise partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements
• Initiate training and develop new and existing franchisees and store personnel on proper operating procedures
• Consult with and influence Franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans and strategies including customers experience, LSM and store operations
• Recognize and address franchise agreement compliance issues in a timely manner
• Manage the variance recommendation process
• Conducting Franchise Business Reviews on a periodic basis to drive franchise profitability both in % and monetary value
