Vicinity is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the CFO and oversee finance operations for a multi-entity real estate fund in Brussels. You will supervise an Accounts Payable Officer, manage treasury and cash flow, and drive continuous improvement of financial processes.
The role covers rent provisioning, service charges, CAPEX projects, and budgeting, with dashboards for property managers and project teams. Fluent English and Dutch/French proficiency required.
