- ance with regulatory and bp requirements /liliDrive a strong and consistent HSEC culture across European operations, promoting guidelines and continuous improvement /liliSupervise HSEC performance, identify trends, and intervene or escal where needed to ensure corrective actions /liliSupport and lead incident management activities, including investigations and follow-up actions /liliEnable the implementation of key HSEC systems, processes, and standards (e.g. OMS, Control of Work, risk management, process safety) /liliBuild capability within the organisation by supporting training, competence development, and awareness programmes /liliAct as the HSEC focal point for Belgium, ensuring legal compliance and supporting local operations /liliCollaborate with internal and external partners, including works councils, to implement HSEC initiatives /liliTravel across Europe (~25%) to support sites and stakeholders /li /ulh3What you will need to be successful: /h3ulliA university degree (or equivalent experience); a formal HSEC qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma) is a strong advantage /liliCertified Prevention Advisor Level 1 (Belgium requirement) /liliSignificant experience in HSEC or operational roles with strong HSEC accountability /liliProven understanding of HSEC standards, regulations, and management systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001) /liliExperience working in manufacturing or operational environments /liliAbility to influence and engage collaborators across different levels and locations /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with both operational and critical thinking capability /liliExcellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English and French (local language required /li /ulp
