Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. /p pThe Enterprise Architect is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for leading the design of complex managed service solutions and driving the strategic vision and direction for the company’s largest enterprise clients. /p pThis seasoned subject matter expert is accountable for creating the blueprint for managed service solutions and provides direction to clients and the industry at large as to where they should be driving their technology investments. /p pThe Enterprise Architect brings together technological domain expertise and business acumen to design complex IT strategies and roadmaps in line with clients’ key business objectives, key performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreement (SLA). /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeads the design of large and complex managed service solutions by driving services teams to provide client solutions that support business outcomes, integrating technology and service design across multiple domains, delivery units, or geographies. /li liActs as the BFSI industry architecture lead, developing sector-specific transformation strategies, value propositions, and business roadmaps for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance clients. /li liWorks closely with the sales team to proactively drive the presales process with clients. This includes conducting executive workshops, developing proposals, shaping opportunities, and delivering client presentations. /li liShares responsibility for win strategy and translates clients’ business strategy and desired business outcomes into a technology and transformation roadmap, positioning NTT DATA’s end-to-end portfolio to deliver measurable business value. /li liLeads complex solution design engagements and supports internal service and technical teams in mapping business requirements to business outcomes. /li liIntegrates services, processes, applications, data, and technology through a design process spanning multiple domains, delivery units, or geographies. /li liEngages with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief Architects, and business executives to address business, regulatory, operational resilience, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and AI transformation challenges. /li liDevelops business cases and end-to-end transformation roadmaps to optimize IT operations and measurable business value across multiple solution areas. /li liInterprets, influences, and develops IT and digital transformation strategies and supports their execution. /li liDefines architectural principles and applies them to influence architectural outcomes and governance frameworks. /li liDevelops As-Is, Future Mode of Operation (FMO), and To-Be architectures, identifies gaps, and defines transition roadmaps. /li liDesigns and implements end-to-end solutions, including managed services portfolios and lifecycle management solutions. /li liSynthesizes market trends, emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and client strategic priorities into compelling value-driven solutions. /li liDrives the development of BFSI-specific service offerings leveraging NTT DATA capabilities, Microsoft, AWS, and strategic technology partners. /li liContributes to the NTT DATA knowledge base by sharing best practices, industry insights, and innovation across internal teams and clients. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Attributes /h3 ul liSeasoned Enterprise Architect capable of connecting business, technology, operations, and managed services across multiple domains and geographies. /li liDeep knowledge of the bBanking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector /b, including Banking, Insurance, Payments, Capital Markets, and Financial Market Infrastructure organizations. /li liStrong understanding of the BFSI regulatory landscape, including DORA, NIS2, AI Act, Operational Resilience, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Data Governance. /li liExtensive knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, Service Management, and transformation consulting. /li liStrong understanding of how technology solutions support business strategy and measurable outcomes. /li liAbility to develop service transformation architectures covering investments, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and operating models. /li liBroad understanding of infrastructure, applications, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, and managed services environments. /li liStrong expertise in Information Security, Risk Management, and Quality Management principles. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Information Architecture, Data Management, and Modelling techniques. /li liExpertise in service delivery models, architecture frameworks, design thinking, operating models, and reference architectures. /li l
