Our client has a broad history in the field of digital learning and has been on the fast track ever since their relaunch into the SaaS atmosphere 5 years ago. They are a team of almost 90 colleagues where a positive, entrepreneurial and down-to-earth spirit is definitely the key to their success. They've won sever HR awards and are planning to win many more once they find a new sales captain to lead the BDR team

ROLE

Whether you see yourself as the Steve Jobs or Mr. Smithers of this team we can assure you that you might have to be both.

In a nutshell we are looking for someone who can inspire, motivate, and coach a young team while making sure that they have all the necessary support to do their job.

This includes:

· Day-to-day coaching and support

· Follow-up on career and growth opportunities for your team

· Development of insights and reports towards management to improve lead generation

· Market research for further international expansion

PROFILE

You are a transformational teamleader with:

· Solid coaching and sales skills

· Experience in a SaaS or tech environment

· Fluency in Dutch and English
