- deal optimization opportunities, synergy gains, streamlined business plans with insights on growth potential, to understanding how a business will operate outside of the group after separation. /ppOur team works side by side with the Transactions Services team in order to help investors make well-informed decisions based on the full financial and operational potential of their target. /ppAs a Senior Consultant MA Strategy, you will support our clients in their MA endeavors. You advise medium to large corporations and investors at C-Level with the development and implementation of their growth or value creation strategy. /ppYou will work on topics such as financial and operational due diligence, synergy and business plan reviews ; carve-outs and post-merger integrations ; cost reduction and performance improvement programs. /ph3What Will You Do /h3ulliSteering discussions and interviews with management, and collaborating with industry experts to gain deeper insights to support clients; /liliDeep-diving on complex financial, operational and market data in order to come to key conclusions which can be presented to the client in a simple way; /liliBuilding data driven (financial) factbooks which facilitate meaningful and fact driven discussions; /liliCreating impactful story lines which communicate the outcomes of all analyses in a visual and straightforward ways; /liliManaging and coordinating project’s deliverable together with the rest of the team; /liliSupporting the management in building client relationships, spotting business opportunities and autonomously engaging with the client when required; /liliBuilding, developing and shaping new service offerings together with the team’s management. /li /ulh3Let's Talk About You /h3ulliAt least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial/strategy consulting, corporate finance/MA, performance improvement/cost reduction activities within corporate or consulting environment; /liliMBA or a Master's degree in, business, economics or finance; /liliStrong interest in corporate finance, MA and data driven analyses; /liliAdvanced financial, analytical and synthesis skills; /liliAbility to communicate complex issues clearly to the clients, proactive and business curious mindset; /liliTeam player with a hands-on and pragmatic approach and confidence to make decisions and take action; /liliFluent in English and Dutch or French. /li /ulh3Our story /h3pOur Strategy Transactions offering portfolio combines the following teams: Strategy Business Design, Infrastructure Real Estate, Sustainability and MA Valuation Business Modelling. /ph3Who is Deloitte? /h3pWe provide industry-leading audit and assurance, tax and legal, consulting and related services.
