In this vital role you will:Be responsible for analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insightsSupport the development of an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with the brand teamTranslate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategiesWork in close collaboration with Brand team members to ensure efficient implementation and alignment to achieve business objectivesWork with the cross functional brand team members to develop the promotional materials that support our strategies and are in line with EMEA strategyBe responsible for driving the motivation of the Sales Force on brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings).
Partner with the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brandMarketing Communication and Congresses support and operationMonitor and use Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategiesMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess the return on investment and key performance indicatorsMaintain good relationships with key opinion leaders.
Ensure to keep up to date with the developments in the market place.

Basic

Qualifications:
High School and/or University Degree in marketing or a scientific field, or equivalent in experienceA first experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing is an assetExperience in Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industry is a plusStrong analytical skills in combination with a creative mindHands-on & can-do mentalityOffice 365 abilitiesKnowledge of therapeutic area (Inflammation Dermatology/Rheumatology/Gastro-Enterology/Ophtalmology) is a strong plusKnowledge of marketing, finance, budgeting procedures & principlesStrong communication and influencing skillsAbility to work on multiple projects and assignments at the same timeProficiency in English with Dutch and/or French as an additional languageCurious mindset & ambition to learn & growThriveWhat you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates’ professional and personal growth and well-being.
