VACANCY: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LEAD at CoMoveIT (BRUGES)

We're looking for a Product Development Lead to help shape the next generation of our products. You'll work closely with our CEO and multidisciplinary team to turn ideas into innovative, compliant, high-quality products that reach users around the world.

At CoMoveIT, we develop smart technology that gives people with complex movement disorders more independence. As a growing Belgian healthtech scale-up, we combine engineering, clinical expertise and innovation to create products with real impact.
What you'll do:
You'll take ownership of product development and compliancy and help drive innovation from idea to market.
- Lead product development from concept to launch, cooperating with colleagues and external partners.
- Translate regulatory, customer and clinical requirements into product requirements.
- Manage planning and budget as well as quality, design traceability and versioning.
- Assure compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable standards (MDR Class I, ISO 13485, ISO 7176, ISO 12184, ISO 14971, IEC 60601. 21 CFR Part 820).
- Contribute to product registrations (Eudamed, UKCA, FDA...)
- Hands-on electro-mechanical product development.
- Help translate customer and clinical feedback into even better products.
- Support patent activities
Who you are:
You don't need to know everything. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, takes ownership and enjoys solving complex challenges. You have:
- A Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or similar by experience
- Around 2–5 years of experience in product development and industrialisation.
- Experience with practical implementation of regulatory standards or a strong ambition to grow in this
- A hands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
- You live within a 60km range around Bruges for daily presence at our office.
