pWe are looking for an experienced Senior React Native Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native. /ppThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in the public transport domain as well as with e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of mobile application architecture, API integration, performance optimization, and end-to-end application development. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. /liliBuild reusable, scalable, and maintainable components for iOS and Android. /liliTranslate business and functional requirements into reliable technical solutions. /liliWork closely with product managers, analysts, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders. /liliIntegrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications. /liliImplement state management using technologies such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand. /liliOptimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time. /liliTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across iOS and Android. /liliWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code. /liliParticipate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices. /liliSupport application releases and deployments to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. /liliCollaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and resolve integration issues. /liliMentor junior developers and contribute to technical design and architectural decisions. /li /ulh3Conformity Criteria /h3ulli10+ years of experience as a React Native Developer in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications /lili3+ years of experience in the Belgian public transport domain /lili3+ years of experience in developing and/or maintaining e-commerce applications /liliEnglish, both in written and in speech at C1 level /li /ulh3Evaluation Criteria /h3pThe extent to which the proposal demonstrates the required competencies and complies with the stated requirements will be taken into account during the evaluation. Proposals that demonstrate these competencies and requirements more clearly, comprehensively, and convincingly will receive a higher score. Where specific experience is requested, a greater amount of demonstrable relevant experience will result in a higher evaluation score. /pulliMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent by professional experience. /liliDemonstrable 5+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum development context /liliDemonstrable 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins. /li /ul
