Your role and responsibilitiesPlan, structure and coordinate epics and related change activities to ensure efficient and coherent delivery.
Lead epics in areas such as cybersecurity, access management and compliance, with a focus on a secure and resilient IT environment.
Define, create and manage the epic roadmap and Lean Business Case, including monitoring benefit realisation.
Work closely with:Business OwnerEpic Portfolio LeadSolution ManagerEnterprise ArchitectRelease Train Engineer (RTE)Vendor Management and ProcurementEnsure stakeholder buy-in and prioritisation of features within the epic.
Organise and lead meetings and Agile ceremonies.
Represent Infrastructure & Operations during Program Increment (PI) planning.
ProfileMaster's degree.
At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Owner or Project Manager, preferably within a banking or insurance environment.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:IT infrastructureIT securityWorkplace / end-user computingIT integrationKnowledge of:Agile and waterfall methodologiesProject methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate strategy into concrete actions. xsgtzvkExtensive stakeholder management experience; strong communicator, results-oriented and assertive.
