We are looking for an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects combining steel structures, welding, piping, and boiler making, active in Belgium and across Europe. The role covers full project ownership, from study phase through commissioning, in a context of strong growth and ambitious industrial programs. You will work in a demanding technical environment, in direct contact with engineering and site teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage EPC projects end to end, from design through commissioning, in line with technical, financial, and contractual requirements.
  • Apply solid technical expertise in steel structures, welding, piping systems, and boiler making to support technical decision-making and team coordination.
  • Develop project schedules, define key milestones and critical paths using planning tools (MS Project or equivalent).
  • Define and track project budgets, control costs, manage cash flow, and review claims and variations.
  • Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, manage claims, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee piping and industrial installations, ensure compliance with QHSE standards, and flag technical risks early.

Your profile

  • Industrial or Civil Engineering degree.
  • 5 years of experience in EPC project management within industry.
  • Proven track record in piping projects as a project manager.
  • Able to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (C1).
