- Converting test requests into concrete test procedures and defining necessary test equipment
- Translating abstract test needs into structured test plans
- Executing parts of the extended product design validation plan and ensuring milestones are met
- Converting mid-to-long-term planning into weekly tasks and solving roadblocks to maintain efficiency
- Preparing, coordinating, performing data analysis, and reporting development test results
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve technical issues
- Supporting compliance with quality requirements, including ISO 17025 👤 The profile Background You hold a Master’s degree in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent by experience. Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive testing and test facilities
- Familiarity with Hybrid Powertrains or Automatic Transmission
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on approach
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage technical issues
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and leadership skills Nice to Have
- Experience with VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, AVL-CRETA, INCA, Matlab
- Customer-focused, flexible, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods such as 8D
