Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Consultant (Senior Associate) to reinforce our Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium, which acts as a Centre of Excellence in the global PwC network.
Key Areas of Expertise
- Treasury Technology Transformation (Treasury Management Systems, Payment Factory Systems, Bank Connectivity/SWIFT, …)
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Treasury Transaction Support (M&A, divestitures, …)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic, operational and process advice as well as treasury support to clients, dealing with complex treasury related issues.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks within projects with the continuous objective to improve the way of working as well as the quality delivered.
- Coach and supervise junior staff on the job.
- Develop and lead business development initiatives aimed at maintaining and growing PwC’s position in the treasury consulting market.
Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience and ideally already possess some experience in the above areas in a Corporate Treasury, in a leading Cash Management Bank or at a System Vendor.
- A good understanding of at least one of our core service offerings: Treasury Technology Transformation, Cash & Liquidity Management, Treasury Transaction Support.
- Passionate about innovation in Finance & Treasury (Blockchain, RPA, AI, …).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a team‑spirit environment.
- Fluency in English, with preferably good knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Any other European language or an ACT certification (CertICM) is an asset.
- Willingness to travel and to work on international assignments.
