IT Officer - Your Role
- Accounting software support:Provide first-line assistance with specialised accounting and financial applications, including tools such as Exact Online, Silverfin and other industry-specific platforms.
- Troubleshooting & ticket management:Investigate technical issues, manage incoming requests and ensure efficient follow-up, involving external suppliers or specialists when needed.
- Integrations & user guidance:Help colleagues navigate software integrations and digital processes, translating technical issues into clear, practical solutions.
- Microsoft environment:Handle user accounts, permissions and password resets throughMicrosoft Entra ID, alongside basic Microsoft 365 support.
- Workplace & infrastructure support:Assist with laptop deployment, onboarding,Microsoft Intune, telephony and access management across multiple offices.
- Knowledge sharing & continuous improvement:Document recurring issues, share solutions with the team and contribute to a smoother, more efficient IT support experience.
