As part of IFS, we’ll guide you to becoming a vital contributor in providing our colleagues and clients the best possible experience at PwC. /p h3Your impact /h3 pAs a member of our internal legal department ("Office of the General Counsel" or "OGC") you’ll assist in the following tasks: /p ul lipreparing, drafting and reviewing contracts between PwC and its clients and suppliers /li liproviding legal assistance in various areas to a range of the OGC's internal clients /li lifollowing up on developments in statutes, regulations, case law and academic writings, especially in the field of business law, company law, contract law and professional regulations /li liproviding dispute management services /li lifollowing up on legal administration and overseeing the statutory formalities in relation to the firm's various legal entities. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pYou have: /p ul liA master's degree in Belgian Law; experience at the bar as a generalist, preferably with the traineeship accomplished, is a plus /li lia clear preference for a generalist position as a company lawyer, with a couple of years of professional experience /li ligood organisational qualities, including working with IT tools and Legal AI /li lian eye for detail and thoroughness in your work /li lia consciousness of confidentiality and professional secrecy considerations /li lian open, objective, practical and accommodating approach in dealing with various counterparts (partners, attorneys, clients, employees) /li lia sense of responsibility: you have a proactive approach and are able to meet commitments /li lia client-oriented attitude and you’re a team player /li limaturity and versatility to take charge of both administrative and legal aspects /li lifluent language skills in French, Dutch and English /li /ul h3Life at PwC Belgium /h3 pOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
