We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market. /ppbAbout the role /b /ppThe bTechnical Solutions Architect /b will provide technical and domain leadership by working closely with bRedHat /b and senior Arrow staff in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support modernizing data center solutions for partners and customers. They will also support the sales and vendor teams with data center pre-sales technical and technology activities across the data center portfolio of products and services offered by Arrow. The activities will support Arrow partners, SI’s, MSP’s and Resellers in both a technical and commercial capacity. /ppThey will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers, including on-site installations. /ph3bDay to day duties /b /h3ulliProvide technical knowledge and expertise to the customers on bRedHat/OpenShift. /b /liliAdvise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services. /liliServe as subject matter expert for modern Datacentre platform capabilities. /liliSupport the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients. /liliInteract with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy. /liliValidate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business. /liliDeliver training/workshops/webinars/solution presentations to partners, also at vendor events and industry events. /liliCreate PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer’s environment. /li /ulh3bWhat We Are Looking For /b /h3ullibProven experience with RedHat/OpenShift. /b /liliStrong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology. /liliAn ability to take the initiative and be a pro-active self-starter. /liliEmpathetic, fair, and generous approach to staff and people management /liliA highly entrepreneurial spirit that manifests itself in a b“let’s make it happen” /b approach, coupled with initiative and adaptability. /liliExcellent attention to detail and genuine passion for Information Technology. /liliWillingness to bdo some national trips /b to see partners. /liliFluency in English required.
