pWe're looking for a senior Data Scientist and AI Solution Lead to take advanced analytics, Machine Learning and generative AI use cases from business scoping through production and monitoring. This role combines hands-on solution delivery with technical leadership and AI governance aligned with the EU AI Act. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliLead AI use cases from value assessment through deployment and monitoring. /liliChallenge business needs, test feasibility and recommend priorities and investment. /liliDevelop advanced analytics, Machine Learning and generative AI solutions, or oversee delivery. /liliCoordinate business, data and IT stakeholders and manage risks, dependencies and decisions. /liliDefine AI governance processes to assess, approve and track initiatives and value. /liliReview technical work, coach colleagues and advise on implementation choices. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliAt least seven years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or AI. /liliEnd-to-end delivery experience, from business scoping through production and monitoring. /liliHands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning and generative AI. /liliA solid understanding of solution industrialisation and MLOps. /liliExperience as a senior technical reference, reviewing work and coaching colleagues. /liliAbility to assess value and feasibility and explain recommendations to business and management audiences. /liliA good understanding of enterprise AI governance and regulatory compliance, including the EU AI Act. /liliExperience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments. /liliA university degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent professional experience. /liliEnglish (C1) and French or Dutch (C1). /li /ul
