Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Bio-Engineering, or another relevant scientific field.
- Hands-on experience gained through internships, laboratory work, or professional experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Clear communication in English and a strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a focus on quality.
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Your
key responsibilities
- Work daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
- Produce clinical and commercial ATMPs through aseptic manual processes, including cell isolation, selection, activation, transduction, culture, filling & finishing, and cryopreservation.
- Perform in-process control tests on batch samples, ensuring high standards for cell counts and viability.
- Ensure equipment operates smoothly by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.
- Contribute to process optimization, including the introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment in GMP areas.
- Support the writing and review of SOPs and other production-related documents, and manage raw materials, consumables, and waste. What's in it for you:
