As part of our Life Sciences activities, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance activities within a pharmaceutical production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of production equipment and utilities while coordinating external suppliers and service providers. Working closely with production, engineering, quality and maintenance teams, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment and utilities.
Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors and maintenance service providers.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure interventions are executed according to quality, safety and GMP requirements.
Support troubleshooting activities and root cause investigations to improve equipment reliability.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment availability, maintenance efficiency and operational performance.
Contribute to maintenance planning, spare parts management and maintenance documentation updates.
Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, HSE and site procedures.
ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
A first professional experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is required.
Previous experience or internship/apprenticeship in maintenance activities.
Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes, equipment reliability and contractor management.
Understanding of GMP requirements and regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience interacting with suppliers, service providers or external contractors is considered a strong asset.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
