Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Clean, manipulate, and query structured data from multiple sources.
• Explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights through data modelling and visualisation.
• Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and present reports, dashboards, and data visualisations for a range of stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct both recurring and ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting outputs.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience using Python and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
