You are responsible for managing the projects independently.

You will ensure efficient planning, coordination of activities and compliance with budgets and deadlines.

For this, you will work closely with the owner of the company.

You are the point of contact for employees within the company, as well as for external parties.

You help follow up projects and check that safety is central to this.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree within construction engineering or equivalent through experience.

Someone with a proactive attitude and the ability to lead projects independently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Flexibility to be regularly present on project sites. xlxgzvr

Being in possession of a driving licence B.

Strong knowledge of English is required, Dutch is a plus.
