Systems deployment expert

pWe currently have a vacancy for a bSystems deployment expert /b fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liDefinition of Standard Operating Procedures for administrative support solutions (Digital Workplace solutions based on M365, SharePointOnLine, ServiceNow); /li liMonitoring and reviewing day-to-day operations, providing management reporting and proposals for optimisations, spanning on-prem as cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) as solutions (SaaS); /li liDesign systems management solutions for a progressive scaling up of the install base of computers, more specifically: design solutions for the secure deployment of operating systems to computers both on premise and via the cloud for remote workers design solutions for quickly and securely patching systems both on premise and via the cloud for remote workers; /li liIn the event of continued remote working making sure the solutions don't induce network infrastructure overload; /li liPrepare for seamless scalability and flexibility in housing/hosting in a hybrid environment (encompassing on-prem, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT; /li liAt least 4 years of specific expertise in Digital Workplace Platforms: M365, SharePoint, Confluence; /li liAt least 4 years of specific expertise in end user assistance/support for dedicated information systems /li liVery good knowledge of Solutions Architecture, zero-trust-based security implementation, operating solutions and services management in private/public cloud environments; /li liIn-depth knowledge and experience in user support, training, system testing, user documentation; /li liIn-depth understanding of the M365 architecture and experience in M365 operations management; /li liIn-depth understanding of cloud-platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and hands-on configuration, deployment and maintenance experiences; /li liExcellent knowledge and experience with cloud-based technologies and providers (Azure and or AWS, SaaS providers), including security, business continuity and data protection management; /li liGood knowledge of client operating systems, Windows, Linux; /li liGood knowledge of Cloud services (M365, Azure, AWS) mores specifically services related to systems management; /li liGood knowledge of on premise Microsoft server technologies; /li liGood knowledge of remote working solution based on VPN or other technologies; /li liKnowledge of Directory, Identity/Authentication and federation protocols; /li liKnowledge of PKI and Encryption solution; /li liKnowledge of applying ITIL practices for services life cycle management; /li liKnowledge of service management tools (e.g. SMT, JIRA, ServiceNow etc); /li liFollowing certifications are required: ITIL certification, Prince2 and Azure Fundamentals /li liExcellent command in English language /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWe offer a competitive remuneration (either on contract basis or remuneration with full benefits package), based on qualifications and experience. /li /ul pEUROPEAN DYNAMICS ( is a leading European Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operating internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Berlin, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Valetta, Vienna, Den Haag, Hong Kong, etc.) The company employs over 1000 engineers, IT experts and consultants (around 3% PhD, 36% MSc and 53% BSc).
