Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing. Analyse user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions. Design low
- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach. Maintain and further develop the Design System , ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability. Support analysts and developers in implementing user-centred interfaces. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams throughout projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UX Designer . Strong experience with Figma, Axure, and Conceptboard . Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility principles. Experience designing, managing, and maintaining Design Systems. Strong user research and usability testing skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bilingual French and Dutch . A portfolio is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will be rejected.
