Functieomschrijving

As a Paralegal, you will be joining our client's Transactions team in Antwerp and will work on:

  • Assisting the Transactions team in the preparation, review, and management of commercial documents related to ship trading.
  • Providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient processing of all relevant documents.
  • Collaborating closely with legal professionals to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.



Profiel
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Rechtspraktijk.
  • Fluent in English, with a good written and oral knowledge of Dutch.
  • Experience or familiarity with handling commercial documents.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Knowledge of lease agreements (huurcontracten) will be a significant advantage.
