Solutions Architect

ppWe are looking for an experienced bFunctional / Solution Architect /b to join an IT Solution Architecture team focused on transversal capabilities. /p pbWork setup: /b Hybrid – Belgium-based role, 50% on-premise and 50% homeworking. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver solution architectures across a portfolio of transversal IT projects. /li liDefine and document target architectures, reference documents, standards, and architecture patterns. /li liWork on topics such as multichannel components, customer context management, flexible authentication, middleware simplification, and document management. /li liSupport architecture activities related to e-archiving, functional logging, employee portals, content management integration, and private cloud migration. /li liGather requirements, validate completeness, and align stakeholders on architecture choices and mitigations. /li liGuide ideation, structure solution proposals, and obtain stakeholder buy-in. /li liOperate effectively in an Agile-at-scale environment, agreeing on delivery plans and committing to timelines. /li liClearly articulate architecture decisions and trade-offs in written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Must-have requirements /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience as an IT Architect. /li liStrong experience in solution architecture and functional / applicative architecture. /li liExperience with formal architecture frameworks and architecture tools. /li liIT background is essential. /li liExperience in Banking or Insurance; alternatively, experience in large or multinational organizations. /li liStrong stakeholder management, networking, autonomy, and communication skills. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liGood working level in French or Dutch. /li /ul /p
