KIND is seeking a Director, US People Operations to serve as senior HR business partner for the US employee population. The role leads day-to-day US HR operations including HRIS, benefits, payroll, and performance management, reporting to the VP, Global HR.
This headquarters role is remote from anywhere in the U.S. and requires strategic partnership with HR leadership to drive US-wide HR initiatives and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
